Shipping Policy

We aim to ship our products within 5 business days of receipt of payment for your order ( * Custom orders excluded - we will provide an estimated shipping time for any custom order via email).

We aim to send all orders in the most affordable way possible, based on weight and your location.

Please note that delivery times depend on the postal service and are out of our hands once your items leave us. However, if you should have any problem with your delivery we are happy to assist any way we can.

If, when shopping, your country does not appear as a shipping option, please message us for a quote using the CONTACT US on the home page.

Due to COVID-19 shipping may be impacted and we apologise in advance for any delays.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges (within 14 days of delivery), with the exception of change of mind.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept cancellations.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
