Please be aware that winding yarn into cakes stretches the yarn and, therefore, should be used within short amount of time of the cake being wound.
Whilst I endevour to package my yarn to avoid it unwinding, I am unable to control what happens during transit. Please be aware it may not hold its shape and may require some management and care on arrival.
Yarn Winding Service (cake)
The item will be packaged and shipped in a prepaid envelope (within Australia) or parcel post (overseas). I will contact you when payment clears to advise shipping date.
Items are shipped by Australia Post with a tracking number.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges (within 14 days of delivery), with the exception of change of mind. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, with the exception of shipping damage. I do not accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
