The design is an exploration of colours and textures in the Tasmanian Landscape. It features Susanna’s usual bold design lines yet is infused with soft textures and interesting transitions. The wrap is named after the Tarkine wilderness area in North West Tasmania, the traditional lands of the Palawa Kani. The name Tarkine is derived from the Palawa Kani name for the region: Takayna.
 
The pattern includes alternative instructions on how to knit this wrap using 2, 3, 4 or 7 colours, or with a main colour and 12 x 20g minis. 
 
This kit has 7 x 100 g skeins in the Posh Sock Base - 425mtrs / 100g 75% SW Merino / 25% Nylon.
