They can be hand sewn on or attached with mini rivets(not included)
Each set comes as pictures (5 pieces). Tags sizes vary from 2.5 cm - 5cm

All our Needle Stoppers are made from high quality, 100% food grade silicone and are free from BPA, Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, PVC and Latex.
